FREIGHT DELIVERY – Most large pieces (determined by dimensions and weight), as well as certain items that require moderate assembly or setup are delivered via Motor Freight using our White Glove Service (designated in catalog text by this symbol: ). Other drop-shipped items (items shipped to you directly from our supplier) are delivered using Curbside Delivery (designated in catalog text by this symbol: ) via Motor Freight or Ground delivery service. Motor Freight Carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, EST. These services are available in contiguous 48 states only.

STANDARD CURBSIDE DELIVERY SERVICE – Standard delivery of drop-shipped items (items shipped directly from our suppliers) is via CURBSIDE DELIVERY or delivery to the first dry location. These items, (designated by or ) are delivered via Freight or Ground delivery service.
Standard CURBSIDE DELIVERY consists of curbside placement of your merchandise. It may be helpful to have assistance available when your merchandise is delivered. Charges for this service are listed in the catalog as (S&H charges) following the price of the item. Additional delivery charges may be incurred if you require the driver’s assistance.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE UPGRADE – Most large pieces, as well as certain items that require moderate assembly or setup are eligible for an upgrade to WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE (these items are designated by ), call Customer Service at 800-900-8558 for upgrade charges.
With WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE UPGRADE, items are delivered via a specialized delivery service, brought into your home, unpacked, with light assembly, and packing materials removed. The delivery service will arrange an appointment with you directly. Additional delivery charges may be incurred if you require other assistance. Freight Carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday (10:00 am to 5:00 pm, EST). These services are available in contiguous 48 states only. FREIGHT RETURNS – If the furniture arrives damaged, or is damaged in the delivery and setup process call Customer Service at 800-900-8558 immediately. In the event of damaged merchandise while delivery personnel are still on-site the carrier will re-crate the merchandise for return to Crow’s Nest Trading Co. at no additional charge to you. If the merchandise is returned for another reason, charges for re-crating and return shipment are the customer’s responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – Delivery fees to addresses outside the Continental United States (including AK and HI), are based on actual costs. Please call our Service Specialists at 1.800.900.8558 (M—F, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, EST) to inquire. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipments to FPOs and APOs are via Parcel Post.

Changes to Crow’s Nest To The Trade Program are effective immediately upon posting here, and continued use of your membership constitutes your agreement to the changes.
Crow’s Nest To The Trade Member Discount
The member discount is not valid with any other offer or www.crowsnesttrading.com
Clearance Items or Gift Certificate purchases. The member discount does not apply to taxes or Delivery Fees (see below), and is not redeemable for cash. Crow’s Nest Trading Co. reserves the right to change the list of items ineligible for the Member Discount at its discretion. Crow’s Nest To The Trade Member Delivery Fees
Delivery Fees will be based on quotes given a Member at the time an order is placed, and include freight and other ancillary fees. Member Discount does not apply to Delivery Fees.

Please complete Crow’s Nest To The Trade Membership Application, and submit at least two of the following documents:

Membership is contingent upon receipt of appropriate credentials and completed application. Non-design-related businesses or professions may not qualify for the program. Crow’s Nest Trading Co.™ reserves the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion. For design firms or partnerships, each individual must apply separately for membership in the Crow’s Nest To The Trade Program.
Crow’s Nest To The Trade Member Membership Term
Crow’s Nest To The Trade membership is granted for a twelve-month period, and is not transferable. Annual renewal is required. Misuse of membership in Crow’s Nest To The Trade program includes without limitation: any resale of merchandise purchased using the Crow’s Nest To The Trade discount through any retail outlet, or auction website or store, reimbursement of trade discount upon merchandise return, transfer of membership (e.g. sharing membership benefits with a client), and submitting false, expired, or misleading information in connection with a membership application. Misuse of membership may result in membership termination.
Crow’s Nest To The Trade Member Termination
Crow’s Nest Trading Co. reserves the right to cancel the To The Trade program at its discretion with or without notice to members. Additionally, Crow’s Nest Trading Co. reserves the right to terminate a membership in the Crow’s Nest To The Trade program at its discretion when these Terms & Conditions have been violated, with or without notice to the member.
